I am an RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist and and a Life Associate Member of the Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists (IACP) and the co-founder at InSpirit. I am associated with special schools and private setups as a consultant clinical psychologist. I have prior experience with various government and private clinical setups and NGOs during my training and voluntary work. I am trained extensively in history taking, clinical diagnosis, assessment, and therapy across age groups.

As a speaker, I regularly take sessions on mental health awareness, parenting, consciousness, stress management, child motivation, and more.

I work with the belief of bringing awareness in society about mental health issues and proving assistance to break the barriers in living a conscious life.

Akshada Shinde

Mental Health Professional

Akshada is a psychologist, counsellor and mental health practitioner with experience in clinical, counselling, helpline and corporate settings. She has completed her Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pune University and has completed various trainings and certifications in Suicide Intervention, Psychotherapies, Counselling Skills, Trauma-informed approach, Learning and Developmental Disorders and Graphology. She is currently undergoing various other trainings to keep her skills up-to-date with the requirements of the present times. Apart from her professional profile, Akshada is an aesthete, ailurophile and ardent lover of all things art. Human empowerment is her most driving passion.

She has co- founded SafeRealm: Online Counselling Services. She has an extensive experience in conducting individual as well as group therapy sessions with clients from a wide array of backgrounds - students, parents, guardians, adolescents, young adults, men, women, LGBT etc. I take keen interest in adolescence and youth mental health.

Through counselling, she wishes to help her clients develop self-awareness and a positive self-regard, thereby also maximizing their sense of empowerment and enhancing the reach of Mental Health Support.

She is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming(NLP) Practitioner, QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper and holds a Masters degree in Counselling psychology.

She has co- founded SafeRealm:Online Counselling Services. She has experience in counselling related positions in education and health. She has taken numerous life skill sessions on issues such a self-awareness, time management, emotional regulation, etc in both individual and group settings for various age groups. Besides this, I also provide career counselling.

She wants to provide a safe, non- judgmental & confidential place for people to speak their mind. She aims at helping people to be able to see themselves above their problems, develop greater self-awareness & self-acceptance.

Joyana is a Counselling psychologist and a graduate from Indian Institute of Psychology and Research, Bangalore specializing in psychological counselling. She has conducted extensive workshops and psychoeducation on the various developmental disorders pertaining to early childhood and planning interventions. She has done a dissertation on the topic “The Influence of perceived parental authority of mothers on the level of emotional intelligence among secondary school children”.

She enjoys her free time with voluntary services in various sectors of the community, geriatric care, animal welfare, travel and photography.

Joyana wishes to alleviate sufferings caused by mental illness by providing clinical access to psychedelic assisted psychotherapy in the near future by promoting assistance and understanding to stigma that are socially attached to it.

Ashka Naik

Ashka Naik has a Master's in Clinical Psychology. She has previously worked as a psychologist in Mumbai. There, she was also a part of an NGO that provided interview and psychological assessment services to a school of underprivileged children. She is currently pursuing a P.G. Diploma in Counseling. 

She is the founder of Saarthi, a community-based mental health organization that aims at spreading awareness about mental health especially amongst those who do not have a background in psychology. Saarthi is also a platform where those who have suffered from mental health distress can share their stories of healing with the community. Ashka is also a poet and writer, and believes that writing can be healing. She strongly hopes to incorporate these healing powers of poetry and literature in her therapeutic practice some day.

Kuntal Vora

Kuntal Vora is a practising Counseling Psychologist and a founder of Healing Path, an online Mental Health initiative located in Mumbai. She provides online therapy to young adults, couples and families for various emotional and behavioral issues through this initiative.

Kuntal has completed her Masters’ in Psychology (Counseling) in 2015 from SNDT University, Mumbai. Additionally, she holds advanced diploma in Counseling Psychology from Prafulta centre for Psychological Wellness, Andheri. She is trained in counseling survivors of child sexual abuse from HEAL Foundation, Mumbai. Her practice is based on the principles of trauma-informed care.

She predominantly follows a humanistic and cognitive behavioral approach to therapy. She always believed that therapy is (or can be) a space for ALL. She aims to foster narratives of therapy being open to all by embracing diversity and differences. She holds inclusivity and intersectionality as strong values in her therapeutic journey.

Riddhi is a Clinical Psychologist with a Masters Of Art . Her research project focused on people with Internet Addiction and their mental health issues. She has worked in various schools as a school counsellor and private clinics as a Counsellor. She has a Diploma in Child Psychology & is a Certified Cognitive Behavior Therapy Practitioner. She is a cyber volunteer and also work in the evolving field of Cyber Psychology and Graphology Science.

She has recently authored a book Cyber Sense- Science, Technology & Psychology. The book puts a light on the real life incidents of cyber crimes and how one can save themselves and other from falling in this inescapable trap.

She is also part of various organizations operating in a similar direction. She also does volunteering work for women empowerment, children with differential needs, environmental protection.
